You will then create a narrative of this encounter leaving all identifying information out of your narrative to protect patient privacy. Identify key findings from your interview, both positive/strengths of that family unit and areas where risk reduction (focused on genetics, age, biological background, personal health/habits/lifestyle, environment) may be needed.
