Management and learning are intertwined. One cannot succeed without the other. Similarly, deficiency in either management or learning can lead to adverse outcomes. According to Seifert and Sutton (2019), classroom management is all about creating a positive learning environment that accommodates all those involved in the learning process. Furthermore, management and learning are intertwined in that it shapes students’ perceptions of the teacher (Seifert & Sutton, 2019). These perceptions determine how students respond to learning, either seriously or lightly.
