Think about the idea you have been developing this semester as a final DNP project. You have shown that your intervention would make a difference if executed perfectly in a perfect world. Take the individual out of the picture, and think about how you would assess a system change. The outcome is a system change. How will you assess clinical significance, knowing that it differs from statistical significance?

2. Identify other possible internal sources that may also be impacted by your change initiative.
